Departure by private water taxi will take you across the lagoon to the well-known island of Murano. Famous for its glassmaking since the 10th century, visit one of Murano’s quality glass works. Whilst watching one of the glass masters blowing the glass in the furnace of the glassworks, your local guide will explain to you the history and the process of glassmaking throughout the years.
